Our retirement plan, managed by Fidelity Investments, offers a generous company match with immediate vesting for both Traditional and Roth 401k plans. We will match 100% of the first 3% and then 50% of the next 3% of employee contributions (for a maximum match of 4.5%) per pay period for either the Traditional or Roth plan. All regular, full-time and part-time employees (with 30+ scheduled hours) are eligible for this benefit.
