We have been able to offer no-interest loans with up to 2-year terms to our first-tier partners so they can make cash payments to second-tier partners within 30 days. In 2018, we raised an additional KRW 300 billion to create a total of KRW 800 billion to expand the loan coverage to second-tier partners, indirectly providing support to third-tier partners.

The Payment Support Fund offers no-interest loans to partners who need to make payments in cash or with via the Win-Win payment system to their suppliers within 30 days. In 2011, we revised the repayment plan, going from 2 installments to 4, and since 2015, we have been using the Win-Win payment system to make payments to our small- and medium-sized partners. Then in 2017, we created a fund of KRW 500 billion and use that to provide support to our partners, allowing them to make cash payments to their own suppliers. Additionally, to help our small- and medium-sized partners further, we have been making our payments to them in cash since 2005.
