Go beyond your depth. ISOCELL Vizion 63D is the world’s first indirect ToF (Time of Flight) sensor with a built-in ISP, adding rich new layers of depth to mobile photo and video, and bringing stunningly immersive experiences to a new wave of robotics, gaming, and XR devices.

Lower latency, faster processing. ISOCELL Vizion 63D puts an ISP right on the chip where it’s needed most, so it can process images, calculate depth, and deliver data faster with fewer stutters. That leads to up to 40%* drop in system power demand, so you can stay cooler and go longer whether you’re viewing worlds in VR or commanding an assistant robot. Lower latency, faster processing. Far better shots, from farther away. ISOCELL Vizion 63D takes the ability to read distance from camera to subject to a new level, bumping range all the way up to 10m – giving you new worlds of depth sensing. The flexibility of flood and spot illumination options offer the best of both worlds, extracting 3D data with higher resolution or deeper depth map, so you can shape your canvas to your needs. So far,
so clear

Taking a quantum leap. ISOCELL Vizion 63D bumps quantum efficiency at 940nm up to 38%, improving the photon-to-electron conversion efficiency by 11% from the previous generation. At the same time, 4-tap pixels mean every pixel can take in data at 0°, 90°, 180°, and 270° in just a single frame. That powerful combination has reduced motion artifact to 4ms, compared to 16ms in the preceding ToF sensor. This leads to smarter bokeh, better night shots, faster autofocus, and clearer spatial mapping for your smartphone camera and 3D devices.

Same pixel count, at a fraction of the size. ISOCELL Vizion 63D’s 3.5㎛-sized pixels are the world’s smallest among ToF sensors, allowing for high resolution in a compact design. It delivers powerful VGA in a 1/6.4” form factor. And an Application Specific Instruction Set (ASIP) lets ISOCELL Vizion 63D fit flexibly into a variety of worlds – from advanced phone cameras to home appliances and robotics. Don't get your signals crossed. Multi-user interference cancellation (MUIC) in ISOCELL Vizion 63D lets multiple VR devices, robots, and gaming devices run simultaneously in the same space, without mixing signals. That’s how it helps devices read depth and distance accurately, for safer, smarter spatial mapping even as device numbers rise. Don't get your signals crossed.
