  • Health Benefits

    Samsung Austin Semiconductor offers excellent affordable and comprehensive healthcare benefits to all regular, full-time and part-time employees (with 30+ scheduled hours), with coverage beginning the first day of employment. Health benefits include robust medical, dental and vision plans, paid maternity and parental leave, long- and short-term disability, life insurance, AD&D, flexible spending and health savings accounts, and an Employee Assistance Program.

  • Compensation and Recognition

    We regularly benchmark industry leaders to ensure that we offer competitive compensation to our employees. Employees also have the opportunity to earn quarterly “Champion Bonuses,” which are based on company performance, as well as annual performance-based bonuses. We also believe in recognizing and awarding employees for outstanding performance, and encourage innovative ideas by rewarding employees for a variety of patent filings.

  • 401K

    Our retirement plan, managed by Fidelity Investments, offers a generous company match with immediate vesting for both Traditional and Roth 401k plans. We will match 100% of the first 3% and then 50% of the next 3% of employee contributions (for a maximum match of 4.5%) per pay period for either the Traditional or Roth plan. All regular, full-time and part-time employees (with 30+ scheduled hours) are eligible for this benefit.

    Employees should enjoy time away from work to maintain a healthy work-life balance. We provide a generous PTO accrual plan in addition to 10 paid holidays each year, which includes two floating holidays.

Our year-round giving campaign also allows employees the opportunity to make a charitable gift to a variety of non-profit organizations with a 100% company match of up to $1,000. Additionally, our paid-time off volunteer program allows employees to volunteer up to 16 hours and receive 100% pay for days of missed work.
