  • mail

Samsung Austin Semiconductor was awarded the 'Hire Local Champion' award at the 24th annual
Greater Austin Business Awards on Oct. 9. The category recognizes a company or organization that has an outstanding workforce strategy that includes upskilling or partnership with local organizations to help reinforce hiring locally.

In the 'Hire Local Champion' category, we were in good company with fellow nominees, Baylor Scott & White Health and Texas Mutual Insurance Company.

With more than 4,500 employees in Central Texas, we are committed to hiring locally and developing programs to upskill and develop the talent pipeline for our industry.

Thank you to the Austin Chamber of Commerce for this recognition!
