Memory Semiconductor

  • mail
Memory Semiconductor A semiconductor that saves data. A memory semiconductor has RAM (volatile) that can record, read, or edit data and ROM (non-volatile) that can only read the recorded data without editing it. Depending on the data saving method, there are DRAM and SRAM for RAM. For ROM, there are flash memory and others. A memory semiconductor is literally a memory device, so how much data it can store (high-capacity) and how quickly it works (high-performance) are important. Furthermore, as the use of the mobile device and its importance continues to increase today, its size and battery use are becoming more important as well. ※ Types of memory semiconductors
