Light Guide Plate

Light Guide Plate (LGP) A component responsible for distributing light uniformly as the luminance of a BLU (back light unit)
It is the acrylic panel assembled within the BLU that guides light to the liquid crystal within the LCD. It is one of the plastic molding lenses that uniformly transmit light emitted from BLU light source to the entire surface of the LCD.
