Built for the next generation of connectivity, Exynos modems open the door for 5G New Radio (NR) and the limitless possibilities for mobile computing that come with it. Characterized by hyper-fast internet speeds, Exynos modems support both mmWave and sub-6 GHz spectrum bands that deliver download speeds of up to 6 Gbps and 2 Gbps respectively. Samsung's LPDDR5 delivers ground-breaking speeds for mobile devices. Reaching up to 6,400 MB/s, 1.5 times faster than previous generations, it enables transfers of up to 51.2 gigabytes - approximately 14 full-HD video files - per second. To ensure devices can keep up with consumer demands, LPDDR5 boasts approximately 45% power reduction compared to previous generations thanks to power-saving advancements such as Deep Sleep Mode.

To leverage the incredible speeds of 5G, mobile storage has to be able to keep up the pace. Samsung UFS 3.0 exceeds those demands with instant system communication in a slim form factor. It additionally maintains an industry-leading 1 TB capacity, capable of holding over 250, 10 minute long 4K video files. Whether users are downloading movies, multitasking, or connecting to an IoT ecosystem, the UFS 3.0 can handle the task. The superior performance brings power-saving benefits as UFS is up to four times faster than SATA SSDs, reaching 2,100/900 MB/s sequential read/write speeds and 63/68K IOPS random read/write speeds. Quick processing times mean less time spent on active mode, which translates into longer battery life.
