Samsung Foundry offers MPW services to our fabless clients to securely test their prototypes. By placing multiple designs on a single wafer, customers can share masks to reduce manufacturing costs while exploring new ideas. With rigorous security standards and a convenient online registration system, Samsung Foundry’s MPW services provide safety and security for your chip designs.

B2B Connect - An Easy MPW Reservation System

Samsung Foundry’s dedicated B2B CONNECT reservation system offers timely and convenient order placement with airtight prototype creation to ensure designs stay confidential from launch to delivery. The entire production cycle is isolated within the MPW shuttle process from GDS tape-out to photomask creation to wafer manufacturing, so security is assured and module protection is guaranteed.

How to Make a Reservation

There are two ways to book an MPW shuttle service with Samsung Foundry.

For New Customers

New customers can start by submitting their applications includiing company introduction. We’ll assess your information and assign a representative based on your industry, country, and node requirements. Once a representative approves your request, you’ll receive an email invite to join the B2B CONNECT service, where you can submit your full application.

For Existing Customers

Existing customers can use Samsung Foundry’s B2B CONNECT service right away to request MPW services. Submit your project details on the CONNECT website including chip size, metal specifications, and number of sample wafers needed, and follow the directions to complete your application.
