When you find your personal information processed by us is erroneous, you have the right to ask us to correct it. You may raise a correction request in the ways mentioned in “1. Access to your personal information”. We will respond to your correction request within 15 business days.

3. Deletion of your personal information
You may raise a personal information deletion request to us in the following conditions:

a)  if our processing of your personal information has violated laws and regulations;
b)  if we have collected and used your personal information without your consent;
c)  if our processing of your personal information has broken up the agreement with you;
d)  if you don’t use our products or services any more, or you have cancelled your account;
e)  if we have not provided you with our products or services any more. If we have decided to respond to your deletion request, we will inform the entities which have obtained your personal information from us and request them to delete the information immediately, unless otherwise provided for in laws and regulations or these entities has obtained your sole authorizations.

When you have deleted your personal information from our services, we may not delete it in our backup system immediately, and instead we will remove the information in a backup updating.

For your reasonable requests, we will address them free of charge in principle, and for repeated requests beyond reasonable limits, we will charge certain costs as applicable. How we process children’s personal information

Our product, website and service are mainly designed for adults. Children shall not create their own personal information subject account with no consent from their parents or guardians.
