Color Bin “Binning” refers to categorizing LED packages according to their characteristics. Color binning involves categorizing packages according to the light color. Although two colors may seem identical to the eyes, they can be classified more specifically. When they are sorted into 4 types, it is called quarter bin, and when sorted into 2 types, it is called half bin. LED manufacturers demand the most precise colors for their products, so the more specific classifications there are for colors, the more satisfied the clients’ needs will be.
