    Through various training offers, we support our
    colleagues in deepening their knowledge and
    broadening their skills. Our offer includes internal
    and external training, ensuring that we are ready
    to respond to the dynamic needs of our sector.

  • Language Courses

    As part of the international environment at
    Samsung Semiconductor Europe, our colleagues
    have the opportunity to participate in weekly
    language courses at our office in Munich.

  • Team Building

    We encourage each team to organize monthly
    or quarterly team building activities — it’s up
    to the team to decide what that looks like.
