Samsung Austin Semiconductor Receives 2021 FAVE Eco-Friendly Business Award

The 12th Annual FAVE Awards presented by the Austin Young Chamber were held on Thursday, November 4, 2021, and celebrated Central Texas businesses and highlight that have demonstrated dedication to supporting customers, employees, and the communities in which they inhabit. Forty-eight businesses were selected by the Austin Young Chamber as finalist to represent thirteen categories in the 2021 FAVE Awards.

Samsung Austin Semiconductor was selected as the winner of the 2021 FAVE Eco-Friendly Company Award. According to the Austin Young Chamber, "this honor is awarded to a company that is dedicated to minimizing waste, going-green, is fair trade certified and utilizes sustainable materials and practices as part of day-to-day operations." As a prominent business in the Central Texas community, Samsung Austin Semiconductor understands it is our responsibility to create a safer, healthier future for everyone by reducing our environmental footprint in both our operations and supply chain.
